1. How much do part-time studies at CUE cost?

first-cycle part-time studies

The semester fee is PLN 3,800 for all programs.

For studies conducted in English – PLN 6,000 per semester.

 

second-cycle part-time studies

The semester fee is PLN 3,800, with the exception of Financial Audit – PLN 6,200 per semester.

Studies conducted in English cost PLN 6,000 per semester.

2. What are the classes like in part-time studies?

Classes for part-time studies take place during weekend sessions – from Friday to Sunday. On Fridays, classes are usually held from 3:45 PM to 9:00 PM, while on Saturdays and Sundays, they are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

3. What documents are needed for recruitment?

Recruitment for part-time studies takes place in two stages.

In the first stage, candidates register online in the IRK system and pay the recruitment fee. After qualifying for admission, required documents must be submitted.

 

First-cycle studies:

- a photocopy of the maturity certificate (original for inspection),

- in case of a retake of the maturity exam – also a photocopy of the annex to the certificate,

- a personal questionnaire printed from the IRK system with a photo,

- in selected cases – a photocopy of the diploma confirming professional qualifications of a technician.

 

Second-cycle studies:

- a photocopy of the diploma of graduation along with the supplement (originals for inspection),

- in case of no diploma – a certificate of completion of studies and the obtained title,

- in case of a foreign diploma – a translation into Polish and a document confirming the right to undertake studies,

- a certificate of average grades, if it is not included in the supplement,

- a personal questionnaire printed from the IRK system with a photo.

 

When submitting documents, the candidate must present an ID card.

Documents may also be submitted by an authorized representative based on a written power of attorney.

In the case of underage candidates, consent from a legal guardian is required.

4. Czy studenci niestacjonarni mają dostęp do akademików?

Yes, part-time students can apply for a place in the dormitory – depending on the availability of vacant spots.

5. Can I apply for a scholarship as a part-time student?

Yes, part-time students can use various forms of financial support, including:

- social scholarship for individuals in a more difficult financial situation

- rector's scholarship for high academic results and achievements

- scholarship for individuals with disabilities

- emergency aid in a temporarily difficult life situation.

6. Will the diploma I receive be the same as if I completed full-time studies?

The diploma includes information about completing part-time studies, but the qualifications and education obtained are the same as for full-time studies.

7. Are classes online?

Part-time studies are conducted in a hybrid format – lectures are online, while exercises, workshops, and language classes are held on campus.

8. Is parking available for students?

Yes, students can use the parking for a fee.

9. Are there point thresholds for part-time studies?

Yes, point thresholds also apply to part-time studies, but they are usually lower than for full-time studies.
